What it is
US short-term-rental PMS that markets itself as 'The World's 1st Ai PMS' and 'The AI Operating System for Short Term Rentals', built by an operator team out of a South Florida property-management company.
Headquarters: United States (Hallandale Beach, Florida)
Mid-to-large US property-management companies (roughly 20+ units) that want back-office automation - trust accounting, task creation, review management - bundled with guest messaging, and who are comfortable negotiating price.
The AI, capability by capability
Six capabilities, each graded against Boom’s own published material. The grade describes evidence, not enthusiasm: Documented means the vendor documents it; Vendor claim only means it appears in marketing copy with no documentation, ship date or plan tier behind it.

Status: Unclear · Evidence: Vendor claim only · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
AI review replies
Homepage lists 'AI Review'. BAM launch post claims '100% of review management completed without human intervention'. No documentation of which channels can be replied to, and no GA statement.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: Vendor claim only · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
AI dynamic pricing
Homepage lists 'Dynamic Pricing'. Boom also announced a Wheelhouse pricing-strategy integration (blog, 20 May 2025), which implies at least part of the pricing story is a third-party integration rather than native AI. Native vs integrated could not be distinguished from published material.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: Vendor claim only · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
AI guest vetting
No AI guest vetting or screening capability found on boomnow.com or its blog on 28 Jul 2026. BoomGuard (announced 9 Sep 2025) is damage protection, not screening. Absence from the pages checked is not proof of absence from the product.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: No evidence found · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
AI upsells
No AI upsell capability found on boomnow.com on 28 Jul 2026.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: No evidence found · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
Agentic / MCP surface
BAM ('Business Agentic Manager') announced 29 Oct 2025 as 'a first-of-its-kind innovation built inside Boom' that makes 'autonomous decisions across marketing, guest communications, financial reporting, and review management'. The announcement uses 'Early adopters are already reporting' language and contains no explicit general-availability statement. No MCP server or external agent surface found.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: Vendor claim only · Plan tier: Tier not published · Ship date: 2025-10-29 (announcement date, not a confirmed GA date) · Vendor source · checked
Pricing, as published
Transparency grade: Not published. https://www.boomnow.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 on 28 Jul 2026. The homepage carries no price and no link to a pricing page; the only CTAs are 'Get Started' and 'Schedule a demo'. Quote-only by omission - Boom does not publish a pricing page at all.
Entry price. Not published. Nothing is estimated here in its place.
Quote-only tiers. All tiers - no published pricing of any kind
Caveats recorded against this pricing
https://www.boomnow.com/pricing returned HTTP 404 on 28 Jul 2026. The homepage carries no price and no link to a pricing page; the only CTAs are 'Get Started' and 'Schedule a demo'. Quote-only by omission - Boom does not publish a pricing page at all.
Boom’s published pricing cannot be turned into a monthly total from a property count, so it is listed under “won’t publish pricing” on the true cost calculator rather than being estimated.
What it is genuinely best at
Mid-to-large US property-management companies (roughly 20+ units) that want back-office automation - trust accounting, task creation, review management - bundled with guest messaging, and who are comfortable negotiating price.
Who should not buy this
Anyone who needs to know the price before booking a demo. Boom publishes no pricing at all - /pricing is a 404 - so a 1-5 property host cannot size the cost without entering a sales process. It is also the weakest vendor in this set for dated, verifiable AI evidence: every AI claim traces to marketing pages or a launch blog post with percentage claims and no GA statement, plan tier or product documentation. If your buying test is 'show me the ship date and the tier', Boom currently fails it.

UK short-term-rental PMS combining property management, a unified inbox and calendar, channel management for Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com, and AI agents for guest messaging, guest vetting and nightly pricing. Each agent has Off / Suggest / Auto controls, with protected actions kept inside host-set guardrails. Formerly LetGrow.
The largest enterprise-leaning STR PMS in this set, positioning itself as 'built on AI' with a broad catalogue of named in-product AI agents across messaging, revenue, operations, finance and reviews.
