1-5 property independent hosts whose priority is a direct-booking website with a channel manager attached, at a genuinely low entry price and 0% booking fee.
Six capabilities, each graded against Lodgify’s own published material. The grade describes evidence, not enthusiasm: Documented means the vendor documents it; Vendor claim only means it appears in marketing copy with no documentation, ship date or plan tier behind it.

An 'AI-powered unified inbox' is listed on the entry Basic plan, and Lodgify has previously shipped a GPT-powered AI Assistant for guest messaging. The flagship 'Lodgify AI Co-Host' is NOT yet shipped - announced 13 May 2026 as 'coming this summer', with early access at cohost.lodgify.com. Lodgify is explicit that it will be approve-first: 'You review it, adjust if needed, and approve. Nothing happens without you.'

An existing 'Dynamic Pricing' add-on is sold today. An all-new Dynamic Pricing engine 'powered by Beyond' was announced 13 May 2026 and stated to be 'rolling out to everyone this summer' - it recommends a base price and a floor from the last 90 days of bookings and lets the host override. GA not confirmed as of 28 Jul 2026.

No MCP server. Lodgify's AI-era play is discoverability rather than agency: a free AI-readiness scorer at aiready.lodgify.com is live, and a direct ChatGPT connection that would match a traveller's described stay to a host's direct-booking page was announced 13 May 2026 as 'this summer, we're piloting' - a pilot, not a shipped capability.

Transparency grade: Published. BLUEPRINT FLAG RESOLVED. The pricing page returns HTTP 403 to server-side fetchers but renders publicly in a browser - verified in-browser 28 Jul 2026. Prices ARE published. Any monitoring pipeline for Lodgify must use a browser-like agent, not a plain HTTP fetch.
Lodgify is one of 8 of 12 platforms in this index publish pricing in full. The comparison is derived from the same pricing_published field for every vendor; it is not an editorial ranking.
Entry price. Basic: $18/month standard, shown at $14/month under the live July promo — per month at the default 1-property setting; the page has a property-count selector and a Monthly / Yearly / Bi-Yearly toggle, and states 'Pricing varies based on the number of properties you manage'. Source
Minimum commitment. None. 'There's no long-term contract. You can cancel your subscription at any time.' No setup fee; free onboarding included; 7-day free trial, no credit card.
Lodgify’s published pricing cannot be turned into a monthly total from a property count, so it is listed under “won’t publish pricing” on the true cost calculator rather than being estimated.

Anyone buying Lodgify for the AI. As of 28 July 2026 the AI Co-Host is an early-access signup, the new Dynamic Pricing engine is 'rolling out this summer', the free Direct plan is 'available this summer', and the ChatGPT booking connection is a pilot - four of the five headline announcements from the 13 May reveal are still future-dated. What ships today is an 'AI-powered unified inbox'. Also wrong for larger managers: there are no owner statements, trust accounting or team-permission depth at this price point, and the four-tier ladder is designed around website features rather than portfolio scale.
www.lodgify.com — Live and public, but returns HTTP 403 to server-side fetchers - browser-verified 28 Jul 2026. The listing page shows no dates; individual posts carry ISO dates in their Article schema (e.g. new-brand-reveal published 2026-05-13T09:32:29+00:00), so the monitor must open each post to date it.
Every fact on this page was read from Lodgify’s own pages on and is re-checked at least every 90 days. If a cell here is wrong or has changed, tell us and the correction is dated in the public log on the methodology page.

The transparency benchmark of the category: every price, every add-on and every release is publicly documented and dated. Ships one real AI product - Rezzy AI, a $9/property/month guest-messaging and task assistant - and does not claim more than that.
