OwnerRez's real entry price is $40/month for 1 property. Do not publish $88 as a base price.
• US sales tax is added on OwnerRez invoices in a growing list of states (AZ, NY, CO, IL, KY, LA, NJ, OH, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA listed with effective dates). Non-US customers are unaffected.
