Mid-market PMS with the clearest AI-by-tier story in the category: AI-Driven Replies on every plan, and the autonomous AI Agent plus AI Property Knowledge gated to PRO+.
5-20 property operators who want an autonomous messaging agent with a documented escalation path and a price they can compute before talking to anyone. The annual PRO scale is genuinely cheap at scale ($9.60/property/month at 10 properties).
Six capabilities, each graded against iGMS’s own published material. The grade describes evidence, not enthusiasm: Documented means the vendor documents it; Vendor claim only means it appears in marketing copy with no documentation, ship date or plan tier behind it.

Two distinct products: 'AI-Driven Replies' (available on FLEX, PRO and PRO+) and the autonomous 'AI Agent' (PRO+ only), which handles guest communication from host settings, works across connected channel listings, and escalates payment confirmations and unsupported actions to a human.

The pricing comparison table lists 'Review automation' under 'Automation and AI', but nothing on the page or in the release notes describes AI-drafted or AI-posted replies to guest reviews. Treat as template automation, not AI review replies, until evidenced.
Status: Unclear · Evidence: No evidence found · Plan tier: Tier not published · Vendor source · checked
'Revenue management' and 'Dynamic Pricing' appear as PRO+ line items, but the integration list (PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond) suggests these are third-party integrations rather than a native AI pricing engine. iGMS makes no AI pricing claim.

No native AI guest vetting or screening found. Superhog appears in the integrations list.

'AI Upsells' is listed on the PRO+ plan card with an explicit 'SOON' badge on 28 Jul 2026. Announced, not shipped.

The PRO+ 'AI Agent' is a genuine in-product autonomous messaging agent with a documented human-escalation path (June 2026 release note). No MCP server or external agent surface found.

Transparency grade: Published. Fully published, but as a per-property sliding scale driven by a property-count slider - so there is no single headline per-property price.
iGMS is one of 8 of 12 platforms in this index publish pricing in full. The comparison is derived from the same pricing_published field for every vendor; it is not an editorial ranking.
Entry price. FLEX: $1 per booked night with a $20 per property per month minimum. PRO: $48 per property per month at 1 property (monthly billing) or $25 per property per month at 1 property (annual billing). — per property per month, sliding scale by property count; monthly or annual billing. Source
Minimum commitment. FLEX carries a $20 per property per month minimum (i.e. up to 20 booked nights costs $20/property). No portfolio-wide minimum spend.
iGMS’s published structure is complete enough to total, so it appears in the true cost calculator with every assumption printed alongside the number.
5-20 property operators who want an autonomous messaging agent with a documented escalation path and a price they can compute before talking to anyone. The annual PRO scale is genuinely cheap at scale ($9.60/property/month at 10 properties).
Single-property hosts. The sliding scale punishes small portfolios harder than any other published-price vendor here: PRO is $48/property/month at 1 property versus $18 at 8 - a 2.7x penalty for being small - and PRO+ starts at $69. Also wrong if you want the autonomous agent cheaply: AI Agent, AI Property Knowledge and (when it ships) AI Upsells are all PRO+ only, which starts at $69/property/month monthly. And if AI review replies or AI guest screening are must-haves, iGMS does not document either.
headwayapp.co — Monthly cadence, entries back to at least Sep 2025, with explicit AI entries carrying month/year. The cleanest AI-by-date trail in this set alongside Hospitable and OwnerRez. Entries are dated to month, not day.
Every fact on this page was read from iGMS’s own pages on and is re-checked at least every 90 days. If a cell here is wrong or has changed, tell us and the correction is dated in the public log on the methodology page.
All-in-one PMS aimed at professional managers, with a strong public changelog, a broad native AI feature set on its marketing pages, and no published price at any tier.
The most aggressive 'AI-native' claimant in the category - an AI operating system ('jOS') fronted by a multi-agent assistant called NIA, sold as a low base price plus five stacked per-unit AI add-ons.
All 12 platforms, six capabilities, published pricing and the release record for each, in one table.
